Document Management: Develop and implement document control procedures and systems to ensure efficient management of project documentation.

Document Registration: Review and register incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring they are properly classified, indexed, and stored in the document management system.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all documents meet quality standards, including accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and project specifications.

Version Control: Maintain version control for all project documents, ensuring that the most current documents are readily accessible to project teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to facilitate effective communication and document sharing.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on document status, compliance, and any discrepancies, providing updates to management and stakeholders as needed.

Training: Train and mentor junior document controllers and staff on document management processes and tools.

Auditing: Conduct regular audits of documentation processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in document control, preferably in the construction, engineering, or project management sectors.

Skills: Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documentation and reporting.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
