Selling packages for clients ( B2B , B2C )
- Responsible for implementation of QIMA Holidays & DMC’s roadmap, service and product policies and process
- Develop, deploy, and manage to achieve successful QIMA Holidays & DMC’s operations.
- Develop relationship with national, international regional tourism authorities.
- Direct and cordinates all program, products and major activities of Trourism.
- Responsible for delivering QIMA Holidays marketing and communication brand and sales strategies.
- Marketing and communication plan, tactical along with market plan.
- Lead the development of QIMA Holidays system and administer system business tasks.
- Develop annual plan for development and marketing of holiday & DMC product.
- Responsible for planning and delivering commercial and customer focused holiday products.
- Negotiate with ground suppliers of hotel and ground product for new tours or for the continuation of existing tours destination.
- Create and furnish holiday product for each potential destination.
- Improve and develop strict booking and servicing processes, procedures and manage the holiday booking center on an ongoing basis.
- Primary Objectives * Implement, and *Contribute to the development of QIMA Holidays roadmap, strategies, and short-long term plans in compliance with Revenue objectives.
- Customer management, handling any major incidents such as a customer being ill at holiday destination
- Responsible for all operational aspects for QIMA Holidays, hotels, tours, and activities along with support divisions
