Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers by effectively communicating their needs to the service team, providing information about services, and managing customer expectations. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers promptly upon arrival and ascertain their service needs.

- Provide accurate and detailed information about service processes, vehicle maintenance, and repairs.
Service Management:
- Create and maintain service orders, ensuring all necessary information is documented accurately.

Follow-Up:
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and service completion timelines.

Skills
