Job Summary:

The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents, and inspect for damage.
• Inventory Management:
• Organize and store products in designated areas, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with stock counts.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Material Handling:
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products safely.
• Arranging: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Assistant.
• Proficiency in inventory software, database, and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practice and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Current for lift license.
• High school.
