• Online teachers assign homework, special projects, and reading assignments to students.
• Online teachers encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning online learning activities using the ‘Digital tools’.
• Online teachers provide feedback to students and assign grades to their Assignments/ auto grading.
• Online teachers assess and monitor individual student performance to ensure students are keeping up with the curriculum and not falling behind the rest of the class.
• Online teachers track student attendance to online classes and report absentee.
• Involving in delivering live sessions online to a large group of students (25 to 200+) and are expected to prepare well in advance for the sessions
• Expected to keep the sessions interactive, exciting and engaging
• Expected to conduct live webinars or simulated (recorded webinars) for promoting relevant courses to the students
• Responsible to work and improvise on the existing content (Classira, tests, assignments) wherever required
• Coordinating with internal content development and academic teams.
• Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports to the respective reporting manager.
