The HR Manager plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, particularly in a dynamic market like Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, particularly in sectors that require a deep understanding of workforce dynamics and regulatory frameworks. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, enhancing employee engagement, and managing talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent in the construction industry.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  4. Monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
  6. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  7. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and productivity.

Preferred Candidate:
