Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a senior planning engineer, with a proven track record in the consultancy industry.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., GIS, transportation modeling tools), project management tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of planning principles, including land use, transportation, and infrastructure planning.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex planning challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse stakeholders.
