Job Purpose:

To carry out machine operation by adhering with safe practices and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper and efficient machine operationsare carried out in accordance with set standard operating procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Ensure documents / sheets are properly and accurately filled out whilst performing machine operation
  • Ensure best safety practices are carried out whilst performing machine operation and cleaning procedures
  • Ensure strict observance with proper hygiene and GMP standard during machine operation
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to manufacture products according to specifications ,
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
  • Monitor production processes and product quality, making adjustments as needed
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or product defects
  • Document production data, including quantities, downtime, and quality issues
  • Ensure safe handling of chemical whilst performing CIP (Clean in Place)
  • Ensure pre-operational checks are performed prior to machine operation
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards while operating machine
  • Report supervisor for any non-conformance, if any during operation.
  • Any other task as deemed by the Process Supervisor or Production Manager

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical education is a plus).

Required Experience:

  • Minimums 2 years’ experience in the soft drink
  • Experienced with automated Process Control
