Information Technology Administrator

The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining all IT services and Infrastructure in the

Hotel, negotiating with IT suppliers, maintaining all IT contracts, Implementing State-of-Art technologies and best practices of Hospitality Industry, and aligning with Corporate IT office.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Configure Internal systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Upgrade the network infrastructure.
  • Install servers, devices and firewalls.
  • Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware.
  • Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
  • Update technical documentation.
  • Backup of files and Application Databases, with saving onsite and offsite copy.
  • Apply IT Policies and Procedures.


Education:

  • BSc or Diploma in IT felid or similar.
  • CCNA or A+ Certification is Plus.

Experience:

  • More than 2 Years’ experience in a similar role in Hospitality Industry.


Skills/Attributes:

  • In-depth knowledge of Opera PMS system, Micros and Interfaces, and other Hotels Applications.
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Emerged and new Technologies in Hospitality felid.
  • Problem solving skills.
