We are working with a leading Medical Device company who are actively hiring a Service & Application Specialist for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for delivering pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company’s products.
• Provide application-related services.
• Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
• Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
• Provide feedback on product development.
• Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
• Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.
• Salary: SAR 10-13K

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Lab Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Specialty POCT portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in covering both private and government sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to build relationships.
• Must have a valid and transferable work permit.
• Must have a driving license.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
