Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up and process customer requests in the system according to the deadline.
  • Follow-up and activate services for all customers within the industrial city.
  • Analys and prepare necessary reports for beneficiary and non-consumption customers.
  • Commitment to include and update customer data, documents and contracts in the system.
  • Collection of monthly bills issued to customers, service delivery fee bills and fines, (if any).


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Strong corporate communications skills.
