We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our new infrastructure and road projects abroad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, particularly in road projects. Experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions is required, along with a high level of English proficiency and preferably good Arabic proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities related to infrastructure and road projects.
- Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Provide leadership to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representation on site.
- Regularly reports construction progress to the client and discusses any operational adjustments needed with onsite client representatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and road projects.
- Experience in the MENA region (up to 5 years).
- Advanced proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools.
- Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication and representation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead teams effectively.
- Valid driver's license and active driving ability
