Responsible for a sales target for their Market Unit across designated Territory / Account(s) and a strategy target to bring-in leads for all LoBs across assigned account(s) as per the sales/ market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with customers' key stakeholders.
- Position GizaSystems solutions and services in business effective manner with value added proposition to customers and prospects.
- Identify leads and opportunities for all LoBs across their assigned account(s) / Territory to achieve sales targets.
- Build new client relations and bring-in new client accounts, in coordination with sales and presales management.
- Develop and maintain business growth plan in-line with customers' business plans as well as Giza Systems strategy.
- Manage customers' communications, relations and channels.
- Implement and assure the account strategy, with YoY growth targets.
- Provide sales and marketing support with business understanding & market dynamics
- Identify, develop & win new deals within focused strategy domains.
- Bridge the gap between customers' demands towards internal and backend teams.
- Prepare and maintain a complete view of information ready for reporting all time.
- Provide sufficient insights to support and participate in bidding decisions.
- Maintain the relevant internal systems data up-to-date with all required info.
- Follow-up with Country Operations Manager \"COM\" and PMs to monitor the progress of projects.
- Follow-up on client proposals and monitor orders processing and collections.
- Undertake price negotiations with suppliers, when needed.
- Drive business opportunities E2E from lead generation to closing, handover to delivery and post-sales support in terms of up-selling and cross-selling.
- Work with the sales management and presales teams to ensure that appropriate market & pricing strategies are developed to the account.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to ensure that all projects are running smoothly.
- Adopt organizational processes relevant to sales roles & responsibilities and efficient compatibility to customer purchasing processes.
- Ensure the ongoing development of industry / market related knowledge by supporting & contributing to virtual Special Interest Groups (SIGs), e.g. TMF, Gartner, etc.
- Conduct knowledge sharing, business planning and account management sessions with internal stakeholders assuring timely visibility of account insights towards relevant team(s).
