Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of Cloud products and services in Riyadh. As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored cloud solutions that meet customer needs. Your role will involve strategic sales planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Cloud products and services within the Riyadh region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.


Sales Strategy: 

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.


Solution Selling: 

Present and demonstrate Cloud solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products. Customize presentations and proposals based on client requirements.


Collaboration: 

Work closely with Cloud technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer service. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.


Reporting: 

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.


Customer Advocacy: 

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on cloud solutions and best practices. Address and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Skills

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in cloud computing or IT solutions. Demonstrated success in a field sales role with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge: strong understanding of Cloud products and services, as well as general cloud computing concepts and industry trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.


Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Cloud or sales training are a plus.

Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
