- Answer incoming calls to the clinic with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide initial information to visitors about the clinic's medical services and direct them based on their needs.
- Schedule appointments for visitors and manage bookings through the clinic's management system.
- Respond to visitor inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Manage and organize the reception area to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for all visitors.
- Communicate effectively with the medical and administrative team to coordinate schedules and update records as necessary.
- Greet visitors upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate areas based on their appointments.
- Handle visitor complaints or inquiries and escalate them to management when needed.
- Prepare daily reports on the activities in the call center and reception area.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent at minimum; relevant diplomas are preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or receptionist role (preferably in a medical or clinic setting).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of visitors.
- Fluency in Arabic, with good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
