Business Development Analyst

Job Summary:

A business development analyst is a professional who works for the organization’s growth. They work with the sales team to find prospects, develop proposals and negotiate contract terms and

communicate with various stakeholders effectively. Their core function is to drive companies’ sales by convincing the prospects to buy the offerings.

Developing a strategy that focuses on customer satisfaction and monetary gains, Identifying new market trends and customer needs by conducting market research, Arranging meetings with

prospective clients, Addressing clients’ needs by providing solutions through the product or service, Creating sales contracts that are in accordance with the law-established rules and guidelines,

Providing continuous after-sales support and feedback, Building long term relationships with existing customers

Knowledge: English (both spoken and written), Administration and Management, Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, Knowledge of human behavior and performance, Accounting and

financial reporting, Communications and presentation, Principles and methods for showing, promoting, Marketing strategy and

tactics, Marketing control systems, Meeting quality standards for services, Evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Must have the ability and knowledge to reach all government institutions, ministries and agencies as well as the Oil & Gas Industries (Saudi Armco, EPC Contractors… Etc.) & Tourism projects –

Resort, Residential, Villas & Chalets: (NEOM, Red Sea Development, Amaala, Sela, Qiddiya, Al-Ula, DGDA - Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Al- Soudah Development, Trogina, Roshn, Construction

and real estate development companies…Etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree - Preferably a Civil Eng./ Archtict Eng.
  • 4 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Certification: SCE - Saudi Council of Engineers.
