Regional Sales Manager

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their Riyadh office.


The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of sales experience within the Medical Devices Industry. Experience in Medical IT is a plus.
  • Strong network and customer base within the KSA Region.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
