The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing and supervising every facet of significant real estate development projects. He/She will be able to effectively manage construction, finance, legal, contracts, sales, marketing, and strategic planning to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and with exceptional quality.


Job Description:


Project Leadership



  • Provide overall direction and leadership for large-scale real estate projects.

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Ensure projects meet high standards and comply with regulations.


Construction Management



  • Supervise all construction activities, from site selection to development.

  • Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Financial Management



  • Develop and manage project budgets.

  • Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.


Legal and Contractual Compliance



  • Review and negotiate contracts with stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage legal disputes and resolve issues efficiently.


Sales and Marketing



  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.


Strategic Planning



  • Develop long-term strategic plans for project development.

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and analysis.


Stakeholder Management



  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders.

  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.

  • Address stakeholder concerns proactively and manage expectations.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.

  • Ensure stakeholder interests are considered throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.



  • Proven experience in project management, especially in the real estate industry.

  • Successful track record of managing large-scale mega and giga projects.



  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

  • Excellent financial management and analysis skills.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience working on government projects is preferred.
