We are looking for a candidate with experience as Plant Manager responsible for the RO plant overall operation and maintenance reporting to General Manager.
Required experience:
Minimum 10 experience in the same field, 5 of them as a plant manager.
The functions to be performed will be the following:
- Responsible for the plant operation and maintenance.
- Responsible to keep the integrity of RO plant equipment including auxiliairies.
- Responsible for water quality.
- Responsible for safety of equipment and personnel.
- Responsible to adopt new technologies in case of need.
- Responsible for applying the policies and regulations of the company.
- Sets plans, directs and fulfills work targets.
- Ensures efficient use of resources; manpower and equipment.
- Prepares monthly report of operation / maintenance / distribution.
- Studies / analyzes recommended modifications / revisions.
- Prepares annual budget.
- Approves purchase requisitions.
- Maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Required degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
- Specific knowledge and skills: CAD dwg, other latest versions of application related. All O&M activities, electromechanical background, chemical background, smooth handling with the client.
- Languages: English fluent required. Extra other languages preferred.
- Located in Yanbu, Medina, Arabia Saudí.
