Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance and meet sales targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements and best practices.
