Job Summary:
The Talent Development Section Head plays a critical role in fostering employee growth and optimizing performance within the MBL. This position focuses on developing and implementing training programs while managing performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with MBL objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Assess training needs and create development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Develop performance management systems and processes.
- Collaborate with leaders to set performance goals for teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Promote employee engagement through workshops and initiatives.
- performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on talent development metrics.
- Work with department heads to align talent management strategies with business goals.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management ,
- CIPD, aPHRi, PHRi, APTD, CPTD certifications are preferred
