Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring timely completion of all financial reporting tasks for monthly & annual statutory/management reports for the KSA entities.
  • Ensure continuously effective supervising, reviewing, controlling & monitoring of accounting activities in accordance with the accounting policies & procedures set by the Group.
  • Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. This involves reviewing and approving journal entries, preparing adjusting entries, accruals, and other necessary adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensuring to carry out the Balance Sheet reconciliations including but not limited to bank reconciliation - ensuring exceptions are cleared timely.
  • Regular review of entity P&L, provide detailed monthly operating results and analysis of cost per cost center and cost type, analyzing main variances with latest revision, budget, and previous year.
  • Provide timely assistance and explanation to inquiries and questions regarding the GL raised by other departments.
  • Manage quarterly and annual audit preparation related to the GL with both external and internal auditors.

Continuously monitor the internal control environment and suggest areas of improvements in line with Group requirements

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance,
  • 8-10 years of experience, 2-3 preferably in a Supervisory or Managerial role.
  • Experience in managing teams.
