Lead the sales process, conduct customer consultations and demonstrations, specify solutions, negotiate, and close orders.

To advise customers on appropriate machines, handle equipment orders to their specifications, and oversee delivery and start-up.

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product training.

Generate new leads and sales opportunities.

Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and dedication.

Regular and proactive updating to management on any new developments on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


Skills

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales of Laboratory or Analytical Equipment.
  • Having a strong technical engineering background
  • Track record of sales within the fields of Academia, Research, Pharmaceutical and Biotech etc.
  • Valid KSA Driving License
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any Science related field.
