Position Overview: The VP of ICT & Strategy Advisor will be responsible for managing the overall ICT division, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhancing relationships with strategic customers. This role will also involve advising on strategic initiatives and collaborating with the management committee to align organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
ICT Director Responsibilities:
Division Oversight:
- Oversee the overall performance and operations of the ICT division.
KPI Management:
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to ensure the achievement of division KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Enhance relationships with strategic customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Management Objectives Alignment:
- Orchestrate alignment between top management objectives and division teams.
Budget Management:
- Build and review the yearly division budget, ensuring financial accountability.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any escalated issues within the division.
Efficiency Assurance:
- Ensure overall work efficiency within the division, implementing best practices where necessary.
Strategy Advisor Responsibilities:
Committee Participation:
- Attend management committee meetings to contribute to strategic discussions.
Report Review:
- Review reports generated by consultants to ensure alignment with company needs.
Support Strategy Team:
- Assist the strategy team in overcoming obstacles and facilitating project progress.
Clarification and Communication:
- Clarify any ambiguities and ensure the success of the strategic journey.
Market Research:
- Study market trends, leveraging the latest knowledge and case studies to inform strategy.
Skills
Experience:
- 12+ years in ICT management with extensive experience in strategic planning.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
Certifications:
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
