Role Purpose:

Manage the achievement of sales targets and sales accounts by establishing relationships with sales channels and lead the process through account managers and ensures that marketing and sales strategy are implemented to achieve maximum penetration and growth.


Key Activities:

  • Leading and establishing a specific key account function to ensure the best customer experience, facilitate internal communication with regard to the client, explore synergies among different client requests and increase overall account profitability; 
  • Implement sales and marketing programs through effective sales management and continuous communications with sales channels to ensure a “one stop” shop customer experience is delivered to the company.
  • Monitors sales achievement and take necessary counter measures to achieve targets through best utilization of the sales resources.
  • Establish tracking systems that can improve the sales and marketing process by helping managers to plan and monitor opportunities and relationships in monitoring sales achievement and take necessary counter measures to achieve targets.
  • Establishes a strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management; accountable for the P&L responsibility for the key account.
  • Lead the development of sales strategy in line with the overall business and marketing strategy and develop account management strategies and plans through recommending and participating in the development of sales channels promotion and advertising strategy.
  • Oversee and participate (when necessary) in negotiating agreements and sales contracts with existing and new sales channels and accounts.
  • Leading the Key Account Management team communicates the client’s goals and represents the client’s interests to the Company’s Properties investment, development, and management and support teams.
  • Discuss the impact, strengths, and weaknesses of the forecast with the Management and Sales team to receive their input on the possibilities of the forecast being met.
  • Leading the key account team analyzes and determines the most crucial needs of the company and works with the concerned teams to ensure that the business receives first-class customer care and service.
  • Lead in carrying out continuous analysis and research on the dynamics of the markets to recommend to the Investment Portfolio a fair and appropriate pricing structure for the client.
