Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and greet visitors.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.



Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
