Key Accountabilities & Activities

Assist in Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive sector and business line marketing strategies and community health promotion strategies, working closely with NEOM’s Communication and Marketing departments and other internal stakeholders.

Annual Marketing Calendar: Aid in the creation of the annual marketing calendar and align internal stakeholders. Work with business line leads and sector heads to schedule conferences and events for attendance and participation, as well as key promotional milestones.

Planning and Budgeting Support: Provide support during the annual planning and budgeting cycle, assisting various sector areas as required.

White Papers and Communication: Assist in developing white papers for H&W sector communication.

Community Health Promotion: Help develop an annual community health promotion and engagement plan in collaboration with Health Operations team, including innovative campaigns targeting NEOM’s residents to promote healthy behaviors and awareness of health resources and services.

Event Coordination: Coordinate and deliver health-related events (e.g., education initiatives, screening events, exhibition, etc.) and assist in post-event analysis to assess reach, impact, key learnings, and areas for improvement.

Program Implementation: Support the identification and implementation of programs to improve the wellbeing of NEOM residents, fostering a general culture of wellness and prevention within NEOM.

Communication Material Development: Serve as a subject matter expert in developing messages and communication materials for announcements/launches (online/offline) for assets, milestones, and business lines.

Briefing and Presentation Materials: Assist in designing and developing briefings, communication, and presentation materials for a wide range of audiences, including management.

External and Internal Communications Support: Provide support for all external & internal communications activities, including internal/external marketing of the sector, maintaining promotional materials, and developing strategic communications.

Brand Guidelines Review: Review external communications to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, sector strategy, and official messaging.

Brand Management : Assist in managing and maintaining the H&W sector brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with NEOM's overall brand strategy. Monitor brand performance and implement improvements as needed.

Sector Brand Assets Development: Assist in developing sector brand assets in collaboration with the Communication and Marketing departments.

Creative Development: Support the development of all creative materials for partners and consumers to build on the sector brand story.

Marketing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring efficient processes and timely execution of marketing activities. Maintain marketing databases, track campaign performance, and generate reports & PPT presentations for management review.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum four (4) years’ marketing and communications experience, `
  • Prior experience in The Health Industry and community engagement or health promotion is preferred.
  • Interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills to review and edit content for communications, act as a point of contact between the department and internal/external stakeholders and develop and deliver communications training.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Complete fluency in English is required.
  • Complete fluency in Arabic and other languages will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, with knowledge in other presentational and organizational products or multi-media tools being an advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Master’s degree in marketing is a plus
