JOB SUMMARY

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position involves coordinating with various teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. The Site Engineer will also be required to troubleshoot any on-site issues and ensure the effective execution of project plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site.
• Monitor and oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings and designs.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure timely progress and adherence to project schedules.
• Perform site surveys, collect data, and prepare reports on construction progress.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Oversee the use and management of materials, ensuring proper stock levels and timely delivery of supplies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and site records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used on-site.
• Ensure that all work complies with legal requirements, building regulations, and codes of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
