In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing offshore operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate offshore operations to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
- Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure project alignment
- Monitor operational processes and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within offshore operations
- Support project management in resource allocation and logistical planning
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure operational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors
- Assist in training and onboarding for offshore personnel
- Prepare reports and documentation pertaining to operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in offshore operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of offshore safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and operational coordination
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel to offshore locations as required
- Experience in training and onboarding personnel is a plus
