We are looking for a dedicated and experienced 

Cosmetology Hospital Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinic, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage clinic budgets and financial performance.
  • Improve the overall clinic sales and meet the sales targets set by the managment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with medical staff and administrative personnel.
  • Improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs.
  • Ensure effective communication across all departments.
  • Manage clinic resources and inventory.
  • Handle patient complaints and feedback.
  • Ensure the hospital is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and technologies.



Skills

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software.
