Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Receiving clients and organizing their entry to the lawyers.
• Writing, correcting, and submitting legal documents to the court.
• Managing lawyers’ schedules, organizing travel, and preparing contracts.
• Storing and organizing legal documents and responding to calls and messages.
• Scheduling session appointments and meetings and assisting in trial preparations.
• Communicating with clients and organizing documents and legal research.
Skills
Required Qualifications:
• Experience working in legal environments.
• A qualification in management or law.
• High writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office management software.
• Ability to work within a team and excellent organizational skills.
