The Purpose of the Role
- Attend project coordination meeting with client to collect and disseminate project information.
- Assist project planner in developing and monitoring project schedule.
- Coordinate and monitor site work with subcontractors, in reference to design and shop drawings to assess compliance and work quality.
- Set work schedules, coordinated site facilities, and monitored progress.
- Perform variance analysis and develop recovery plans.
- Observed all necessary safety regulation on job sites to keep accidents to minimum.
- Planning, managing and supervision of workers and installation, to ensure that the manpower and materials are sufficient for timely completion of project.
- Plan, direct and coordinate works to meet customer expectations and requirements while maintaining quality service delivery to end user/customer.
- Briefing of Engineering and Installation methods instruction to supervisors.
- Properly escalate issues of concerns that need to be handled at a higher level.
- Resolve issues/conflicts with personnel, vendors, project staff and day to day operations.
- Maintaining high standards of integrity, energy levels and motivation of staff.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree electrical engineering, computer, information technology or similar field plus 10 + years of Site Management experience.
- Able to work on a tight deadline in an ever changing, fast environment.
- Ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problem.
- Good Experience of Airport systems.
- Good Experience of ELV systems.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong service delivery attitude when dealing with Management and challenges.
- Strong Time Management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with ability to listen.
