Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on expanding our client base, driving sales growth, and enhancing the company's presence in the telecom engineering market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably within the telecom or engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio in the telecom industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecom companies and vendors
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the telecom sector.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Sales:
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Marketing :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote NahjTech’s services and solutions within the telecom sector.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website content and social media channels. Bonus to have this but not necessary
- Organize and attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and press releases.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the telecom or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales.
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- You must be authorized to live and work in Riyadh, KSA
