Role Purpose
- Lead and manage the recruitment strategy across all assigned business sectors
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels within assigned business sectors. Including –
- Candidate sourcing (using NEOM Recruitment systems, Linkedin Recruiter and other sourcing methods)
- Candidate screening
- Arranging interviews and obtaining interview feedback
- Handling the offer process and negotiations
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with NEOM policies
- Regularly liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a high level of service
- Develop a strong brand strategy to promote direct hiring
- Supporting talent management including project reviews and performance
- Centralizes all progress reports and maintaining recruitment dashboard
- Collects all relevant search-related information from internal stakeholders
- Monthly analysis of the recruitment and onboarding processes
Skills
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Recruitment
- 6+ years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of both Saudi and international recruitment practices
- Demonstrated involvement partnering with business leaders
- Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is also preferable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient using MS Office
- Previous experience using SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
