- Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including aligning and securing fixtures, tools, and materials.
- Program Operation: Read and interpret blueprints, procedures, and control settings to program and operate CNC machines.
- Quality Control: Verify that machined parts meet quality standards by measuring and inspecting parts against specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions, and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work areas clean and safe.
- Production Scheduling: Allocate work via routing sheets, plan and schedule to reduce overtime, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Documentation: Keep records of machine settings, performance, and maintenance activities.
- Training: Assist in training new machinists and provide feedback to management on training needs.
- Process Improvement: Suggest upgrades to the production process and contribute to the development of skills matrices.
- Communication: Maintain strong internal relationships, resolve conflicts, and act as a middleman between workers and management.

G-CODE and M-CODE Programming manual and through software
Operation Skills (Fannuc Operations and other operating systems are a plus point)
