Oversee comprehensive strategy for the optimization of the hospitality offerings within Trojena region. Assess the alternative development options for each of the assets and how it will contribute to the success of the region. Review of all hospitably concept strategies, key offerings, development programs and design packages related to the project and all enabling sub-projects, through close coordination within NEOM Mountain teams as well as NEOM Urban Development, Projects, Hospitality and other departments. Work closely with Trojena functional teams to review and endorse strategies, differentiated offerings and experiences, development programs and business cases for the Regional Plan. Lead the development of the design briefs and scopes of work to ensure those packages meet the strategic intent and requirements and comply with relevant international Standards and Best Practice. Engage in the negotiations of Agreements with potential operators and partners to ensure maximum value to Trojena. Collaborate with colleague leaders across the company to enhance culture of experience offering excellence, elevate the quality of design, experience and offerings and ensure each development cycle is approved before proceeding to the next development cycle. Liaise closely with senior management to successfully schedule and manage the transition of key functions and information from the strategy and design phase to implementation/commissioning phase. Work closely with senior management, utilizing extensive business experience to ensure all business cases are reviewed and approved before submitting for approval. Actively participate in the preparation and review of design briefs and scopes of work, from master planning to conceptual design to detailed design, through close coordination with other departments. A highly experienced, strategically-minded and results-driven practitioner, with an accomplished international background in the conceptualization, communication, management and development of complex high-end, hospitality development. The person should have a clear commitment to an integrated design philosophy and be capable of bringing together, in an innovative and efficient manner, a broad range of specialist contributors across business and disciplines. They should be capable of communicating complex design concepts simply and efficiently to multi-national clients and managing multiple projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead high-level stakeholder engagements, including private developers, institutional customers and public sector bodies. The responsibilities shall include, but shall not be limited to the following: - Develop long-term working relationships and collaborative agreements with key stakeholders.
- Development of a strong industry profile and act as a knowledge base for hospitality development.
- The ability to clearly communicate technical and design concepts through reports and presentations.
- Assisting in research and development initiatives, knowledge dissemination and implementation.
- Prepare and assist in the drafting of technical brochures, presentations and literature to promote the Practice.
