A Stock Keeper is responsible for ensuring that goods are properly stored. They also play a important role in receiving and shipping goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Unload and store goods in designated areas.
- Pick and pack goods to be sent to the trading floor, ensuring that the correct goods and quantities are included.
Skills
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience, preferably in a retail setting.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
