Lead strategy and innovation for all device related operations, overseeing requirements, roadmap, certification, and collaboration with ODMs to ensure product excellence across hardware categories and software requirements and integration are satisfactory. Collaborate and align with business unites for their needs for both device HW/SW and also the network interface

Responsibilities:

• Device Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for hardware devices, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and market demands.
• ODM Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with ODMs, overseeing product development, testing, certification, and manufacturing processes.
• Hardware Requirements: Lead the definition of technical and functional requirements for devices, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and quality standards.
• Certification & Testing: Oversee device certification and testing, ensuring products meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Innovation & R&;D: Drive innovation initiatives, exploring new technologies and product opportunities to maintain competitiveness.
• Manufacturing Oversight: Ensure the scalability and efficiency of manufacturing processes, collaborating with supply chain and production teams to optimize costs and timelines.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to deliver hardware products from concept to market.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of devices, from initial concept and design.

Experience and Educaton:

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years experience in hardware/device strategy across various product categories. Strong track record of innovation and strategic planning in the tech industry. Strong background in requirements definition, certification, and testing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
