Eram Talent, a premier talent acquisition company, is seeking a talented Technical Communication Writer to join their dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role will involve crafting clear and concise technical documentation that caters to various audiences within the organization.
The Technical Communication Writer will play a crucial role in producing user manuals, guides, and other relevant materials that simplify complex information and enhance user understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality technical documents that are well-structured, accurate, and visually effective
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure comprehensive documentation
- Interview subject matter experts and research intricate topics to develop informative content
- Create and revise training manuals, operational documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Review and enhance existing documentation, ensuring compliance with established writing and formatting standards
- Maintain a consistent document control system and ensure updates are timely and accessible
- Develop educational materials that support onboarding and ongoing staff development
- Stay informed about trends in technical communication to continually improve documentation practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of five years of experience in technical writing, particularly in FM, MEP, or Operations and Maintenance
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project)
- Excellent command of English, including grammar and punctuation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards relevant to technical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and subject matter experts
- Experience in creating logical workflows and management processes documentation
