Eram Talent is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our client team This role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy and supporting critical decision-making processes for the organization. The Lead Financial Analyst will oversee the financial analysis function, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the development of financial policies and practices.
As a key member of the finance team, you will leverage your extensive financial experience to perform comprehensive analyses, develop forecasts, and produce reports that provide critical insights into financial performance. You will work closely with senior management to present findings and recommendations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial analysis team in developing and executing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Oversee preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to guide financial planning
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, monitoring financial and operational performance
- Review and enhance financial processes, systems, and models for efficiency and accuracy
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior financial analysts to foster professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for comprehensive analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Strong proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead teams effectively
