Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor specializing in Fit-out / Finishes Specialist at IronwoodLux in Riyadh. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Fit Out site, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and coordinating with the team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional products.
The team includes but is not limited to the following:
- carpenters
- electricians
- plumbers
- tiles settlers
- gypsum installers
Skills
Experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of quality control processes
Ability to manage inventory and production timelines
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Physical stamina to be on-site and oversee operations
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferre
