Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Summary: The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to the Group
CEO. This role requires experience in the construction or contracting industries and involves
regular interaction with board members. Preparing and managing daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly, and annual reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Support: Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and travel; handle
confidential information.
Board Interaction: Liaise with board members, prepare agendas, minutes, and
presentations.
Documentation: Create, edit, and format documents and presentations using MS Office
and ERP systems.
Communication: Draft correspondence; ensure professional English communication;
basic Arabic knowledge.
Typing/Data Entry: Maintain records and ensure 40 WPM typing speed.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 6+ years in KSA as an Executive Secretary in construction/contracting
preferred.
