• Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Create and execute strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and decrease lead times, all while upholding rigorous quality standards and adhering to regulatory obligations.
• Evaluate and choose suppliers based on performance in quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery, while engaging in contract negotiations to secure advantageous rates, mitigate risks, and build long-term relationships with essential suppliers and collaborators.
• Partner with teams from different departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to anticipate customer demand, synchronize production plans, and simplify supply chain processes, thereby meeting consumer requirements and maximizing revenue.

Skills

• 16 to 18 years working experience in Supply Chain Department in a Contracting Company
• must have good experience in a mega construction company in Middle East
• Proficient in utilizing supply chain management software and tools to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing disruptions and delays.
• Effective decision-making skills and adaptability in navigating complex logistical challenges, foreseeing potential risks, and developing contingency plans for uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success in devising and implementing effective sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and cultivating strong relationships with suppliers.
• Successful experience in crafting and executing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating favorable contracts, and cultivating mutually beneficial supplier partnerships.
