Job Summary: The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering operations and support the Bidding &
Estimation department by providing technical expertise and insights during internal pre-bid meetings.
This role involves coordinating with various engineering disciplines—Civil, Electrical, Architectural,
Telecom, and Mechanical—to ensure comprehensive and accurate bid preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Bid Support: Collaborate with the Bidding & Estimation department during internal pre-bid
meetings to provide technical input and ensure bid accuracy.
Technical Expertise: Offer expertise across various engineering disciplines (Civil, Electrical,
Architectural, Telecom, Mechanical) to address technical questions and challenges.
Project Scope Analysis: Review project requirements and scope to identify potential risks,
challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Engineering Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering teams to align
technical solutions with project specifications and bid requirements.
Cost Estimation: Work with the estimation team to provide accurate engineering cost estimates
and technical assessments for bids.
Documentation Review: Ensure that all engineering-related documentation is complete,
accurate, and aligns with bid requirements.
Bid Strategy: Contribute to the development of bid strategies by providing insights into
technical feasibility and project execution.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Architectural,
Telecom, Mechanical) or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering management, with significant involvement
in bidding and estimation processes in the contracting industry.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience and knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze technical data, project scopes, and bid requirements.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with
stakeholders and team members.
Project Management: Experience in project management and understanding of project lifecycle
and requirements.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering and project management software tools.
