Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Management:
- System Oversight: Lead the management and strategic direction of the Maximo CAFM system, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and implement a roadmap for Maximo system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- System Implementation and Optimization:
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment and configuration of Maximo to meet the organization’s needs.
- Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the system to improve performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CAFM professionals, including system administrators, analysts, and support staff.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that users are proficient in Maximo and can effectively utilize its features.
- Project Management:
- Initiatives: Manage and oversee Maximo-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements.
- Coordination: Coordinate with IT, facilities management, and other departments to ensure successful project execution and system integration.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the Maximo system.
- Reporting: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into asset management, facilities operations, and maintenance performance.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with IBM and other third-party vendors, including negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure the Maximo system supports their requirements.

- Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or Maximo are a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as IBM Maximo certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), or Six Sigma are advantageous.
