Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bidding process for technical projects.
- Analyze bid requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive and compliant proposals.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Technical Documentation:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other technical teams to gather and understand project specifications.
- Develop technical content, including project scopes, technical solutions, and methodologies.
- Ensure all technical documents are accurate, clear, and meet client expectations.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the bidding process.
- Address technical queries and provide clarifications as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations throughout the bid process.
- Proposal Development:
- Lead the development of technical sections of proposals, including technical approach, project management plans, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure proposals are competitive and demonstrate the company’s technical strengths and capabilities.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Review and ensure that all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and strategies to inform proposal development and improve competitive positioning.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
