As a Senior Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our company's products and services. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the technical aspects of our products and services.
- Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to both internal teams and external customers.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Work closely with the development team to understand new features and updates and incorporate them into the documentation.
