Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to branch supervisors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery, fulfillment, and customer service operations across multiple branches.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline processes and optimize productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (delivery performance, order fulfillment, incident rate) and address any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, growth, and category management to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes, systems, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including health and safety guidelines.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Oversee inventory management and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management.
- Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex issues and complaints related to operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives and plans for business growth and expansion.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
