We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Application Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to earn a commission up to 15% on the value of contracts signed with clients. Upon the successful completion of three months, with at least one documented client success story, the opportunity to transition to a fixed annual contract with a base salary plus commission will be available.
Compensation Structure:
* Commission: Up to 15% of the contract value for all successfully signed agreements.
* Contract Transition: After three months, upon achieving at least one client success story, eligibility for an annual contract with a base salary and continued commission.

* Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets with a proven track record in software and application sales within the Saudi market.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients and key decision-makers to drive business growth.
* Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a solid sales pipeline, implementing effective strategies to meet revenue goals.
* Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings and provide weekly progress updates.
* Technical Communication: Effectively communicate with technical teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication abilities.
* Residency: Must reside within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region with a transferable Iqama or equivalent work authorization.
