Job Responsibilities:

Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Membership in the Bar Association
- Proven experience in a similar legal role
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
